Dear Customer,
We are about to begin purging deleted Iceportal Visual Content data.
What does this mean?
“Deleted Content” refers to any content that has been deleted or overwritten by a Hotel more than four months ago. In practice, this means that as long as your content has been updated at least quarterly, it should remain unaffected. Most Chains and Channels already update their content daily or weekly, so your content will most likely remain unaffected.
However, if you use our links on your website and you have not kept them up to date, you may notice that your old or outdated links stop working. If you think you may fall into this category please contact Shiji Support at sdssupport@shijigroup.com.
Please note that a follow-up notification will be issued upon completion of the purge.
